As a reminder, EPS Ensenta will transition to a new production environment on November 13, 2021, beginning at 8 p.m. PT and ending on November 14, 2021, at 8 a.m. PT. We anticipate being fully transitioned and operational according to the times noted above.
The upcoming migration of services supporting the Ensenta Production environment to Microsoft® Azure® will result in public internet protocol (IP) changes.
The EPS Ensenta Customer Support group continues to experience a delay of 32 business hours in processing incoming email requests.
